1C Customer Support Specialist (HoReCa & Retail)

Salary: 35 000+ UAH

WHAT YOU WILL WORK WITH:

• Configurations for restaurants and cafes (accounting, menus, inventory)
• Configurations for stores and supermarkets (retail)
• Integration with POS equipment and fiscal printers
• Setting up reporting, data exchange, and users

OUR CLIENTS: owners and staff of restaurants, cafes, and stores in Ivano-Frankivsk and the region.

REQUIREMENTS

REQUIRED:

• At least 1 year of experience with 1C:Enterprise (as a user or consultant)
• Understanding of business processes in retail or food service
• Technical diagnostics and troubleshooting skills
• Communication skills, patience, and customer focus
• Desire to learn and develop

WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE:

• Knowledge of HoReCa configurations (Front Office, Back Office)
• Experience with Trade Management 11, Small Business Management, Retail
• Understanding of 1C integration with equipment (fiscal registrars, scanners)
• Experience in technical support

DUTIES

• Customer consulting (phone, email, remote access)
• Diagnostics and troubleshooting in configurations
• Configuring configurations to meet customer needs
• Training users to work with the software (remotely and on-site)
• Preparing instructions and documentation for customers
• Working with the development department to resolve complex issues
• Maintaining a knowledge base and standard solutions
