Public offer
This document is an official public offer (offer) by Sole Proprietor Kaminska Vira Serhiivna (hereinafter — the «Seller») to conclude a contract for the sale and purchase of goods by remote means through the website sirius.if.ua (hereinafter — the «Site») on the terms set out below, in accordance with Art. 633, 641, 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine «On Electronic Commerce».
1. General provisions
1.1. Placing an order on the Site means full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this offer by the Buyer.
1.2. The Buyer may be an individual, an individual entrepreneur or a legal entity.
1.3. The Seller has the right to change the terms of the offer; the changes take effect from the moment of publication on the Site and do not apply to orders already placed.
2. Subject of the contract
2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer into the Buyer's ownership the goods selected on the Site, and the Buyer — to accept them and pay for them on the terms of this offer.
2.2. The name, specifications, price and availability of the goods are indicated on the product page. Images may differ from the appearance of the goods.
3. Placing an order
3.1. An order is placed through the «Cart» on the Site, by phone or by email — see Ordering.
3.2. The contract is deemed concluded from the moment the order is confirmed by the Seller (an email message or a phone call).
3.3. The Seller has the right to refuse the order if the goods are out of stock or the Buyer's data is incomplete or inaccurate.
4. Price and payment
4.1. Prices on the Site are indicated in hryvnias. The Seller is not a VAT payer; VAT is not included in the price and is not charged additionally.
4.2. Payment methods: online by card through the LiqPay payment system (JSC CB «PrivatBank»), bank transfer against an invoice, cash on receipt at the office, cash on delivery at the delivery service — see Payment procedure.
4.3. When paying online by card, the Seller does not receive or store the Buyer's bank card details; the card data is entered on the secure page of the payment system.
4.4. For each payment the Buyer is provided with a fiscal receipt, which is sent to the email address specified when placing the order.
5. Delivery
5.1. The methods, timeframes and cost of delivery are described on the Delivery page.
5.2. Ownership of the goods and the risk of its accidental damage pass to the Buyer from the moment the goods are received.
5.3. The Buyer must check the completeness and absence of external damage upon receipt.
6. Warranty, exchange and return
6.1. Warranty obligations — see Warranty and service.

7. Personal data
7.1. By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data for the performance of the contract in accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On Personal Data Protection» — see Confidentiality.
8. Liability
8.1. The Seller is not liable for improper use of the goods by the Buyer or for the consequences of providing inaccurate data when placing an order.
8.2. The parties are released from liability for non-performance of obligations as a result of force majeure circumstances.
