POS Equipment Service Engineer

Salary: 30 000+ грн

YOU WILL WORK WITH:

• POS terminals and fiscal printers
• Barcode scanners and receipt printers
• Automation software
• Cash-register equipment for HoReCa and Retail

OUR CLIENTS: restaurants, cafes, shops, and supermarkets in Ivano-Frankivsk and the region.

REQUIREMENTS

MANDATORY:

• At least 1 year of experience as a technician (preferably with cash-register equipment)
• Knowledge of electronics and how computer systems work
• Ability to diagnose and fix faults
• Category B driver's license and willingness to travel
• Responsibility, attention to detail, and stress resistance

WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE:

• Experience working with fiscal printers
• Knowledge of POS terminals
• Understanding of retail software (1С, fiscal registrars)
• Experience configuring Windows for POS systems

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Traveling to customers to install and configure equipment
• Diagnosing faults and repairing equipment (in the service center and on site)
• Fiscalization and configuration of fiscal registrars
• Providing customers with technical consultations
• Connecting peripheral equipment (scanners, printers, scales)
• Installing and configuring retail software
• Installing computer networks
• Assembling retail shelving
• Maintaining technical documentation and reports
• Liaising with suppliers regarding warranty repairs
