The cash drawer features an internal plastic container consisting of 8 adjustable coin compartments and 5 banknote compartments, as well as special metal banknote holders. On the front panel of the drawer, there is a special slot for inserting large denomination banknotes and checks. The drawer has a lock with three key positions: closed; opening via a pulse through the RJ12 interface; and manual opening.
