The FasPrint v.3.0 USB smart keyboard is a control unit for a packing station. It connects to a PC over USB. A packing station consists of the following parts: the control unit — the FasPrint smart keyboard; a label printer; electronic scales for weighing loads. Buying the smart keyboard makes sense if you already have electronic scales with an RS-232 interface and a label printer with RS-232. This keyboard (controller) is configured from a PC over USB. This keyboard lets you carry out packing operations without connecting to a PC, which is very convenient, as the process usually takes place in dedicated rooms or in company warehouses. Equipment support: all popular and widespread scale models (Promprylad, Dniproves, CAS (SW, AP, AD, ED, DB) and others) — these can be retail, goods, laboratory, counting and even crane scales (via the RS-232 port); and label printers. Practically any TSC, Godex, Postec, Xprinter or Toshiba printer can be used as the label printer. This lets you produce a label of any shape and size (unlike scales with label printing, where the label is standard). A thermal transfer label printer can also be connected for printing labels with a long life (via the RS-232 port).
